I am trying out the trial version of Weekly Planner, and it appears to offer what I've been looking for. However, I do not see many Help tips on using it other than trial and error -- in particular, I'm wondering if it can be backed up - and if so, how to do so. I would hate to think that a computer crash could wipe out months of data.

The files are stored inside you doucments folder under the @Planner directory
For example on on XP this is

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\@Planner

Try this:
1. From the main menu, go to Help
2. Folders
3. Documents folder
4. Backup the parent @Planner folder

The I will look into making this easier ina future update.

Thanks - I thought that might be the case, but wanted to be sure.
